The introduction of the Energy Savings and Industrial Competiveness (ESIC) Act better known as the Shaheen Portman Executive Order offered an opportunity for Copperpillar and our strategic partners to answer the demands of a federal mandate. The Executive Order requires all federal entities to reduce energy use by 25% by 2020 and with innovative technologies in electrical, thermal and water reduction goals.
